  • - Design and build iOS mobile applications in Swift.
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and ship new features.
  • - Build and publish applications in app stores.
  • - Implement new technologies to maximize application performance.
  • - Ensure the quality, and responsiveness of applications.

    Must have skill sets:

  • - Should have 2+ years of experience in development and maintenance of applications for iOS devices.
  • - Proficient with Swift and Cocoa Touch.
  • - Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
  • - Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
  • - Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
  • - Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards.
  • - Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
  • - Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred.
  • - Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools (such as Instruments and Shark, depending on project needs)

OPERATIONS

Location: Bangalore

    Roles and responsibility:

  • - To Process disputed transactions received from payment partners, per established procedures, to avoid unwarranted losses.
  • - With little supervision and direction, analyzes disputed transactions to determine the appropriate response and backup documentation requirements to defend disputes.
  • - Manages numerous deadline specific disputes and meets strict requirements to ensure minimal loss to Happay and our clients.
  • - The position will require the reviewing of complex/unique situations regarding refunds, chargeback and fraud patterns in order to take actions about these issues.
  • - Recommend product, process, and tooling improvements.

    Time distribution:

  • - 60% hands-on refund and chargeback processing.
  • - 20% in building and sustaining relationships with acquirers.
  • - 10% in daily reconciliation using Visa and MasterCard reports and files.
  • - 5% in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • - 5% in improving product by giving meaningful input to product team.

    Must have skill sets:

  • - 2+ years Demonstrated proficiency in customer service, fraud investigation, fraud prevention and chargebacks.
  • - Experience in financial services and/or risk management, is a must.
  • - Solid experience and knowledge of the intricacies of bank card processing including a comprehensive understanding of various types of issuer billing, refunds and the analysis of card transactions.
  • - Knowledge of MasterCard and Visa Operating rules and regulations is a must.
  • - Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and demonstrates advanced judgment capability.
  • - Enjoys working in fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Flexibility to adapt and have the ability to manage multiple assignments while working independently.
  • - Well-developed accuracy, analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.

    • Responsibilities:

    • - Write content that generates demand, attracts high-quality sign-ups, triggers product recall and establishes Happay as an authority in its space.
    • - Collaborate with product marketers, sales, customers and external influencers to generate content ideas and deliver value to different stakeholders.
    • - Establish content standards and ensure that they are always adhered to.
    • - The position will require the reviewing of complex/unique situations regarding refunds, chargeback and fraud patterns in order to take actions about these issues.
    • - Maintain consistency in content style, tone and voice for effective brand recall.
    • - Build and execute an editorial calendar for PR and Digital.
    • - Measure content impact and report the metrics on an ongoing basis.

      Must have skill sets:

    • - Bachelor's/Master’s degree in media, communications, linguistics, or related field.
    • - At least 2-3 years of experience as a content writer/author preferably for technology and Saas solutions; ability to work with both long and short content formats.
    • - Impeccable writing, editing, research and interpersonal skills.
    • - Mindset that seeks to know what the audience wants and delivers accordingly.
    • - Ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality output in a short span of time.
    • - Ability to explain complex technical matters in a simple manner without using stock phrases and jargon.

    About the role:

  • - To accelerate our growth further, Happay is looking to build the industry best business development team. You will be responsible for taking Happay solution to potential customers, and closing deals to increase revenue. This role may involve lot of on the feet sales or at least you should have credible existing network and pipeline of 50+ Enterprise customer.
  • - He/She will have responsibility for meeting, and possibly setting, lead generation targets as well as planning areas of improvement or development. He/She will ensure that calls and emails are answered by staff within agreed time scales and in an appropriate manner.
  • - The manager will liaise with businesses for which they provide the first response, as well as coordinate and motivate the team and may manage staff recruitment.
    • Responsibilities:

    • - Own end to end business development / sales funnel and be responsible for achieving revenue targets.
    • - Will be responsible for partnering with enterprise clients like Banks, OEMs, Telecom companies etc.
    • - Understand consumers : Who are our target consumers, what are their needs.
    • - Understand partner objectives: What they need, key business metrics & how to grow their business.
    • - Product: Coordinate with the product team and get specific requirements and integrations built as and when needed.
    • - Brainstorm new and creative revenue growth strategies and partnership opportunities.

      Must have skill sets:

    • - B.Tech/MBA from a top-tier college
    • - Experience of 3-6 years. Prior experience of technology sales is a plus, but not necessary.
    • - Ability to take ownership and drive things. Should have great attention to detail.
    • - Should be highly data driven and have strong analytical skills.
    • - Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
    • - Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.

Account Management

    About the opportunity:

  • - We have seen tremendous demand and adoption in the Indian market and to spearhead our growth further we are looking to scale up our Customer Success Team across India. With increasing number of customers, it becomes very important to have a strong onboarding and relationship management team, which can ensure retention, upselling and positive WOM.
  • Role & Responsibilities:

      Drive Customer Success Activities & Outcomes:

    • - Oversee successful implementation of Happay’s product suite for each client.
    • - Oversee portfolio of customers, reduce Churn and explore avenues to Up-sell to maximise revenues from an account.
    • - Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability.
    • - Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption & customer satisfaction.
    • - Monitor Key engagement metrics like Churn, Customer Health & Renewables.
    • - Align with Key Stakeholders of the account to build a strong relationship.

      Define and Optimize Customer Lifecycle:

    • - Map Customer journey and define segmentation of customer base and varying strategies.
    • - Develop listening points in journey (e.g., usage, satisfaction, etc.)
    • - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
    • - Learn from best practices in industry.

      Measure Effectiveness of Customer Success:

    • - Define & establish a system for tracking operational metrics for the team.
    • - Send periodic performance report with Key Metrics to Happay's Executive team

      Lead best in class Customer Success Team:

    • - Manage a team of Key Account Managers and help them in implementation & troubleshooting.
    • - Recruit experienced leaders for different functional roles.
    • - Drive a culture of continuous learning and accountability within the team.
    • - Foster collaboration within the team and inspire customers across company.

      Inspire Customer Success Across Company:

    • - Create company-wide culture of Customer Success.
    • - Align with Marketing team around marketing to existing clients.
    • - Align with Product team around driving product roadmap.
    • - Align with Sales team around cross-sell and up-sell and focus on selling with a retention focus.
    • - Align with Executive Team around key metrics and objectives.

      Skills & Background Requirement:

    • - Minimum 6 years of experience in Customer Success.
    • - Experience in handling a team of 15-20 members.
    • - Experience in onboarding complex products/solutions with SMEs and Enterprise clients.
    • - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • - Is Excellent in building and nurturing relationships in industry.
    • - Networking and strong orientation towards customer management.
    • - Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
    • - Is very well-versed on developments related to SaaS products in India.
    • - Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
