It’s not easy keeping track of all the advances given out to your employees, on a daily basis. Owing to the busy schedules, employees also tend to forget the low balances on their cards. To avoid any delays and cancellations in their schedules, get notified every time your employee’s card balance reaches a threshold amount.
Happay’s Auto Card Load/Notify
With Happay’s Auto Load/Notify, you can choose to be notified every time the balance in your employees’ cards falls below a threshold amount. You can then proceed to load money into their cards to ensure a hassle free client meeting. You can also choose the option to automatically load their cards every time the balance hits the threshold amount.
For example, if you set the minimum threshold amount as Rs. 1000, you will receive a notification each time an employee’s card balance falls below that amount. You can then proceed to load their cards with the required funds. Alternately, you can also choose to automatically load the cards with a fixed amount, of say Rs. 500, every time their balance is less than Rs. 1000.
How to turn on the Auto Load/Notify Feature:
1. Login to your Admin Dashboard and click ‘Expense Policy’ in the top right corner.
2. Under the Auto Load/Request tab, choose ‘Notify’ if you want to be notified about the balance in your employee’s card, and choose ‘Load’ if you want their cards to be automatically reloaded.
3. Enter the details for the minimum threshold amount and the amount you want to load their cards with, and save.
This will ensure timely approval and availability of funds for your employees, whilst making the transfer of funds easy for you.
